Default about me

It all started when a friend of mine invited me over to make cards on a Friday night.  There were 3 other ladies there too. We had a great time creating beautiful cards while laughing and drinking wine.  I was hooked! I started envisioning my own home filled with friends making these beautiful cards. So, I started considering becoming a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator myself.

Before making such a huge decision and investment I researched the company and found they are registered with the Better Business Bureau and have earned an A+ rating for excellence in business since April 21, 1998! To be in business successfully for over 25 years says a lot about a company. Also, they are very supportive and have tons of resources to help their demonstrators.

But besides all that I just love Stampin’ Up! Products! My favorite thing is the quality of stamps. They are firm and not squishy so I never get that blurred look I get from lesser quality stamps. I also love the large selection and variety of stamp designs. But they have more than stamps. They also sell color coordinated paper crafting products including cardstock, ink pads, die cuts and lots of fun embellishments to give my projects that personal finishing touch.

There are two more things I love and that is Becky Higgins and Paper Pumpkin.

If you are not familiar with Becky Higgins she revolutionized memory keeping albums.  Her business, Project Life is a result of coming up with the brilliant idea of using pocket pages to simplify and speed up memory keeping.  She has teamed up with Stampin’ Up! and offers exclusive project life cards to help document life’s special events and milestones.

And then there is Paper Pumpkin.  A monthly subscription that includes absolutely everything you need to create that month’s project.  The kit comes with an exclusive stamp set and ink spot along with all the supplies to finish the project.

Being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is so rewarding. Not only do I get to be creative every day, I also get to be a creative coach, offering fresh project ideas and encouragement to my customers and friends.

For me, helping someone create that perfect project for a special occasion is the best feeling in the entire world. After all, creating cards, scrapbook pages, and gift items is about more than just stamps and ink—it’s about sharing a part of yourself with the people you love.

I am excited about sharing my love of crafting in my home and online. And very grateful to have an opportunity to turn my passion into a career.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
